Responsibilities :
1. Build rapport and trust with Fidelitas’ counterparts to maintain strong goodwill and working relationship
2. Monitor, develop, and pursue new business opportunities, whilst screening inbound opportunities for scale and strategic fit
3. Develop winning strategies and participates in development of proposals for prospective new business
4. Responsible for development and management of sales pursuits/relationships and presentation efforts
5. Responsible for roadshows to domestic and international institutional investors
6. Work with internal teams to effectively manage partnerships, identify roadblocks, propose solutions, and help ensure all resources are working together efficiently to optimize partnerships
Qualifications :
1. Able to communicate amiably, effectively and professionally with all external counterparts, as well as internal stakeholders
2. Comfortable in English speaking and writing (ability to speak or write in Mandarin is a plus)
3. Possess an outgoing personality and high social skills to comfortably deal with people at the top level
4. Ability to work well with others in a fast paced and dynamic environment
5. Significant work experience (minimum 3 years) in business development, marketing (marketing penetration and new market development), or other related experience
6. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field with a GPA of 3.2 or above (Master’s degree is a plus)
7. Female / Male, preferably below 30 years old
8. Ability to absorb high intensive trainings in corporate finance services and/or portfolio management
9. Project management experience and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time
10. Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
