Omeoo Media is currently looking for a Client Servicing Officer – Female Only. We are looking for an energetic, vibrant, personality.
Requirements:
- Have experience in dealing with difficult clients would be advantage
- D3/S1 Degree
- Female between the age of 20 – 25 years old
- Have energetic, friendly and vibrant personality
- Likes to associate, and be around people.
- Well Organised
- Fluent in English (Both Written and Spoken)
- Fast learner and ability to work both in a team and independently
Responsibilties:
- Maintain a Professional and Productive relationship with clients
- Respond quickly and accurately to every client’s query via written and verbal communication
- Understand well about client’s campaign production and maintenance process
- Actively inform clients about the project’s progress, and suggest idea for improvement
- Seeking opportunities to develop additional business from clients
- Provide full support to your assigned client account and production team who are in charge of it
