JOB DESCRIPTION
Outline of Main Duties :
• Support new sales opportunities from within a target market, sector or region across the full portfolio of voice communication products ranging from Hybrid PABX and Hosted Telephone Systems, SIP, VoIP, Fixed voice, Unified Communication, Wireless Telephone Communication (Wi-Fi & IP-DECT system).
• Support sales opportunities from existing customer for system expansion and additional devices (new technology system).
• Bridge technical system and business requirement to deliver solutions.
• Support and monitoring project implementation for channels and end users.
• Prepare and send work report of PABX business.
Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
• Having basic knowledge for PABX system and IP network system.
• Having good communication skills to handle activities with customers and providers/ contractors.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
