IT Technical Analyst for Transaction and Payment Processing
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• As part of Bank team, to define, analyze and develop functional & technical requirement for existing / improvement process in related business/technology area and the related interface.
• As part of Bank team, to define, analyze and develop the test criteria during testing activities.
• Assist to identify, evaluate, and mitigate operational risk.
• Actively participate on project workshop.
• As part of Bank team, to help Bank team in understanding the functional & technical aspect in related Project area.

Requirements:
• Male / Female
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in computer science, Information Technology, information system, Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
• Have 3 years experience on area of Payment and Remittance (BI-SKN, BI-RTGS, TT, Swift, smart card, government solution, etc) Implementation project, especially in functional area in business requirement development
• Have programming experience is preferable (Java, Internet programming, SOA)
• Have a good knowledge on banking business process will be advantegous
• Have a good ability to develop technical documentation
• Have a good ability to fulfill project documentation
• Have good ability related to interface desaign, data migration, conversion process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a good command in English & Bahasa Indonesia (Active)
• Commit to work in 6 months contract and extended option

Accounting Staff
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Complete monthly close procedures
• Help in preparing monthly account reconciliations
• Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report on variances
• Assist with financial and tax audits
• Assist with preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements
• Assist with quarterly producer commission reports; analyzing and correcting discrepancies
• Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls

Requirements
• Minimum Diploma Degree / Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Economics, Management
• At Least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for thus position
• Experience in Banking Industry preferably in Finance Banking
• Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specializing in Finance General/Cost Accounting
• Excellent knowledge in accounting operational transactions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a good command in English & Bahasa Indonesia (Active)

General Administration
DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Facility management (desk layout, electrical, etc)
• Office administration
• Cooperate with secretary to do secretarial duties
• Travel management
• Imaging & Scanning
• Logistics Coordinator
• Data Entry

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree any field
• At Least 2 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in Banking Industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a good command in English & Bahasa Indonesia (Active)
