Responsibilities
- Prepares art and design concept to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Plans design concept by studying information and materials including customer's profile, product profile and competitor's profile
- Illustrates the concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; purchasing from vendors.
- Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment.
- Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Good communication skill with interpersonal ability, attention to details, and ability to express meaning because you will be working closely with multi-disciplinary team from medical doctors, designers, other developers, marketing, etc.
- Able to work full time in Jakarta
Requirements
- Able to work with vector art, illustration art, digital art and having skills in video editing is a plus
- Able to create a wireframe for website design and layout, mobile application design and layout as well as any other UI/UX application.
- Able to communicate the message relayed to public more effectively by visual design
- Have a curiousity to experiment with all kind of design styles and all kind of media art.
- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair to
- A flexible approach when working in a team;
- Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients;
- Good presentation skills and the confidence to explain and sell ideas to clients and colleagues;
- Time management skills and the ability to cope with several projects at a time;
- Accuracy and attention to detail when finalising designs;
- Being open to feedback and willing to make changes to your designs;
- Effective networking skills to build contacts.
